We require this information at least 3 weeks before your performance date, but prefer it earlier, when possible, even if the information is subject to change closer to the recital date.
Packages are based on 2-hour recital running time. We allow a 15 minute overage at no additional cost. Recital runtimes that extend beyond this limit will be billed in 15 minute increments.

What are our available days/times to load in gear and setup?
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to lock in your recital date. Please enter the date we can expect to receive your booking deposit.
In most theaters, we will require at least 8 seats (ideally a full row where possible) of the back row to be blocked off. Please remember to block off space for our camera crew.
